The insulated fill adds warmth, while the longer cut gives extra protection over the hips and thighs, which you’ll appreciate on wet hacks and long yard mornings.

It’s also built with riding in mind, not just standing about in the rain looking resigned. The removable helmet-compatible hood gives extra coverage when the weather turns unpleasant, while articulated sleeves, a two-way front zip and magnetic back gusset help the coat sit better in the saddle. The internal waist draw cord lets you adjust the shape, and the fleece-lined collar and pockets are very welcome when your hands have gone cold before you’ve even found the headcollar. Reflective sleeve branding adds useful visibility for darker mornings and late finishes.
