  • FREE UK mainland delivery when you spend £50 and over *
  • International delivery – rates will be calculated at checkout

All orders are sent with courier service DPD. You will be allocated a 1 hour delivery slot, and if you enter your mobile phone number and/or email address when ordering, you will receive text messages and/or email notifications with tracking details.

We can deliver to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be posted to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. NOTE: These are estimates and timeframe for delivery may be subject to change.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you can return any undamaged and unsoiled items within 30 days for a full refund, or exchange for another size. NOTE: Items must be in ‘as new condition’, complete with the original packaging and tags, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights. Items returned after 30 days or items that have been soiled or damaged will not be refunded nor will they be eligible for exchange. For this reason, please ensure that any items returned to us are appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit. Any items returned outside of this 30-day period will not be refunded and will not be returned to the customer unless the customer pays for them to be returned.

Inside your parcel you will find your invoice with a returns form on reverse. Simply fill in the reverse of the form, scan the QR code or click on this link FREE Return Label, follow the instructions on the link and include the completed form back inside your parcel when you return. Within the link you will be able to find your local drop off location to drop your parcel off at your convenience to be returned to us.  Please ensure you fill in all the information on the form or this can delay us processing your return.  

If you are exchanging your item with us, once your return is back with us we will send out the exchange FREE on a DPD delivery, this is usually delivered in 24 hours of your exchange leaving us.  You will be sent a text or email from DPD with a 1 hour time slot.

If you are sending your order back for a refund – you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of us receiving your parcel. This includes the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. NOTE: Faulty products returned after 30 days are sent to the manufacturer for inspection, who will decide if it is a fault with the product. This process can take up to 21 days.

*Free Return Service not available outside of mainland UK. We cannot reimburse you for any other service used, only the DPD service we offer. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.

 

Faulty Products

All products returned as faulty have to be returned to the manufacturer by us as soon as we receive them from you for inspection prior to refund or exchange. All products must be returned clean and dry. The decision whether to refund or exchange will be made by the manufacturer. Please be aware this process can take up to 21 days.

 

Returning Products

 

We offer a free returns service when the DPD return link is used FREE Return Label. *Free Return Service not available in Northern Ireland. We cannot reimburse you for any other service used. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods are signed back into our warehouse.

 

Goods can be returned to: Returns, Country & Stable of Olney Ltd, 19 Stilebrook Road, Olney, Buckinghamshire, MK46 5EA. All replacements will be dispatched free of charge and if the product was faulty free next day delivery will apply. When a customer is returning purchases for exchange or refund, Country & Stable of Olney Limited bears and accepts no responsibility for returns lost in transit where the customers chosen method of return fails to deliver the returned products. Always used a tracked service as ‘proof of postage’ will not be accepted if the returned items do not make it to us. The returned products remain the responsibility of the customer until we sign for the parcel from the parcel carrier.

 

Refunds

If the item returned is in perfect condition with original packaging and complete with tags, we will do our very best to process your returned item in 1-2 working days upon receipt back into our warehouse.  Please be aware that this could be up to 5 working days during busy periods.  You will be refunded to your original method of payment. Refunds can take a further 10 days to appear back in your bank account.

 

Exchanging a Product

If the product you would like is in stock, an exchange will be sent 1-2 working days after we receive your returned item back in our warehouse.  Please note that this can take up to 5 working days during busy periods and up to 10 working days for products that are not in stock.  We will do our best to make contact with you and make you aware of timescales. If your exchange order amount is less than your returned item(s) you will be refunded the difference to your original payment method.  If your exchanged item is greater than your returned item(s) you will need to pay the difference before your order is shipped, one of our customer services team will be in touch if this is the case.

Price Match

At Country and Stable we do our best to make sure you always get the best quality at the best price. If you find the same product somewhere else, let us know and not only will we match that price, but we’ll beat it! Simply give us a call on 0800 0542205 with what the product is and where you have seen it cheaper – we will then beat that price!

The product you are wishing to price match must be the same as the one we advertise, in stock with the retailer you are wishing to price match against, and not be on any resale or auction site (e.g. eBay or Amazon). The product must be in stock with us, not marked as a clearance line by a competitor, and available for immediate delivery/collection from a listed competitor. The competitors price must be available to all customers and include all applicable delivery charges. The competitor price must exclude any discounts or promotional offers including (but not limited to) voucher codes, VIP, affiliate cashback, membership or personal discounts.

Price matching cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Don’t forget that you still get free delivery on all orders over £50 and free returns.
