Weatherbeeta Comfitec Classic Turnout Rug 220g

Weatherbeeta Comfitec Classic Turnout Rug 220g

A practical mediumweight option for cooler, wetter days when your horse needs reliable protection without a full neck cover. The 600 denier ripstop outer features a PFC-free Guard-Tec coating and is hydrostatic pressure tested to 2,000mm+, while breathable performance is moisture vapour tested to 2,000g/m²+. A smooth 210T lining helps reduce friction against the coat, with 220g polyfill providing useful warmth for everyday turnout.

The traditional side gusset allows natural movement, while twin low cross surcingles and adjustable removable leg straps help keep the rug secure in the field. A twin buckle front closure with touch tape makes fitting straightforward, and the large tail flap adds extra shelter from wind and rain. Reflective binding and branding improve visibility in lower light, while the temperature gauge and denier badge make it easier to identify the rug when you’re reaching for the right weight.
