Getting a young horse out into the ring is exciting, but trying to navigate the strict rulebook for hind leg protection can cause some major pre-show stress. These specialized fetlock boots are fully approved by the FEI for young horse classes, making them a safe choice that will pass any tack check official with flying colours. Instead of using a standard rigid outer plastic, they feature an anatomical double-density shell. The main body remains flexible enough to bend naturally with the hind joint as your horse moves, but it has extra strike-resistant shielding placed directly over the most vulnerable part of the inner fetlock to cope with severe knocks if they take a misstep. 

Veredus has packed the main impact zones with tough EVA foam, which absorbs the hard shock of an accidental strike from an opposite shoe rather than letting that force travel into the bone. To prevent this, the interior is lined with microperforated Aerox neoprene and 3D mesh fabric, creating a functional channel for airflow that lets rising heat escape during strenuous work.
