Premier Equine Buster Original Turnout Rug 50g

Premier Equine Buster Original Turnout Rug 50g

The Premier Equine Buster Original Turnout Rug 50g provides waterproof protection with a light layer of insulation for changeable weather. Made from durable, lightweight 840D ballistic nylon, it features a Teflon-coated outer for stain resistance and moisture protection. The dual-membrane construction offers a 10,000mm waterproof rating and breathability of 10,000g/m²/24h, while the 50g thermo-bonded fill adds a little warmth without the bulk of a heavier rug.

Based on Premier Equine's original Buster design, the rug features a deep cut and a neckline shaped to sit in front of the shoulder. The extra-high patented elasticated shoulder gusset allows greater freedom of movement in the field, while the low-cross surcingles and self-righting construction help keep the rug securely in position. With no neck cover or neck cover attachments, it is a practical choice for horses that prefer their neck to remain uncovered.

Reflective strips at the front and rear improve visibility in low-light conditions, while waterproof padded tail flaps help resist wind-lift. The antibacterial and anti-static lining is designed to support comfort against the coat. Liner attachments allow additional layering when needed, and the rug includes stainless steel chest fastenings, a clip-on PVC-coated tail strap and adjustable leg straps for those who prefer to use them.
