The Premier Equine Akoni Turnout Rug with Classic Neck Cover 100g is a lightweight turnout rug for cooler, changeable weather. Its 600D diamond triple weave polyester outer has a 10,000mm waterproof rating and 10,000g/m²/24h breathability rating, helping keep your horse dry while allowing moisture to escape. The 100g fill provides lightweight insulation, while the Teflon-coated outer adds resistance to moisture and staining. The detachable Classic neck cover is included, giving extra coverage when conditions call for it.

The extra-high elasticated shoulder gusset allows freedom of movement, while the cut sits 2–4 inches in front of the wither to help the neckline sit comfortably ahead of the shoulder. Reflective strips at the front and rear are useful when visibility is poor, particularly during darker mornings and evenings. The rug is liner compatible, so additional warmth can be added as the weather changes without changing the whole rug. A fleece wither pad, adjustable chest fastening, cross surcingles, lengthened tail flap and self-righting design complete the practical turnout features.

The detachable Classic neck cover is included and the rug has attachments for compatible Premier Equine Rug Liners, sold separately.
