LeMieux Heavy Duty Hoof Pick in Black

LeMieux Heavy Duty Hoof Pick

The LeMieux Heavy Duty Hoof Pick in Black is a practical choice for everyday hoof care, particularly when you're dealing with compacted mud, stones and other stubborn debris after turnout. The heavy duty metal pick gives you the strength needed to clean out the hoof thoroughly, while the ergonomic handle provides a comfortable hold and plenty of leverage. The ribbed grip is especially useful when your hands are wet or cold, helping you keep hold of the tool while getting through the less glamorous jobs at the yard.

Once the main debris is removed, the integrated stiff-bristled brush helps sweep away remaining dirt so you can get a clearer look at the hoof. It's a useful tool to keep in your grooming kit for daily checks, particularly during muddy weather when hooves can collect plenty of mess in a surprisingly short time. The solid construction is suited to regular use around the stable and field, while the black finish gives it a simple, practical look.
