The Horseware Quiet Drop Safety Cross Ties feature an innovative Velcro breakaway strap that is engineered to release consistently when under significant pressure to help prevent severe neck or poll injuries should a horse panic. Unlike single use alternatives these ties provide a simple and reusable system that ensures a safer environment for both the horse and the handler.  

An integrated rubber ball is positioned to allow for a quiet drop when the tie is released which helps to maintain a calm atmosphere in the stable aisle by preventing the loud clatter of falling metal. The straps are manufactured from high strength durable nylon and are fully adjustable between 122cm and 162cm to accommodate a variety of aisle widths and horse sizes. For maximum security and longevity, the ties are finished with a combination of robust brass and zinc hardware including both quick release and trigger clips for effortless daily operation.
