Stable sheets are not usually waterproof, so they are intended for indoor use or dry conditions.
Stable Sheet or Lightweight Stable Rug?
The main difference is warmth. A stable sheet generally has no fill, while a lightweight stable rug contains a small amount of insulation for cooler conditions.
If your horse is wet or sweaty after exercise or bathing, choose one of our coolers and drying rugs instead. These are specifically designed to draw moisture away from the coat.
