Rachael's go-to style is country chic. She often spends time exploring cute villages in the Cotswolds, shopping at high-end retailers and enjoys country walks followed by a Gin & Tonic at the pub. These deck shoes are perfect to wear in an everyday casual setting. Having never owned a pair before, Rachael thought that Chatham would be the perfect brand to start with, knowing they're a leading name in crafting quality deck shoes.

Initial thoughts on the product:

I absolutley love the two texture look of these - the smooth leather with the snake skin pattern really gives these a sleek, subtle style, giving a tradional style a more modern look. The leather is nice and soft and feels durable.

Likes:

They were like slippers when I first put them on! I can really struggle to find shoes that are comfortable due to having awkwardly shaped feet. These were a dream when I first put them on and I did quite alot of walking for a long time on their first wear and had no discomfort or rubbing.

Dislikes:

Not really much to dislike, the only thing I am not a fan of are the laces on these. They are slightly rounded and can be a bit slippery to tie in a bow so instead I tie them in a Barrel Roll knot that keeps them secure on my feet.

What size did you receive, how does it fit and was it true to size?

Size 6. I have slightly narrow feet and found these fit well. Easy to adjust to accommodate a tighter or looser slip-on fit depending on your prefence.

What are the product’s key features and standout details? 

The snake skin pattern make these have a more fashionable look. The anti-bacterial sole with the spring poron performance cushion makes these a great slip-on summer shoe.

Would you recommend the product?

Yes absolutley! If you are looking for your first pair of deck shoes these are definitely a great choice for women.

Would you continue to use the product?

Definitely - I will be getting more in other styles too.

Is the price point fair?

You really get what you pay for with these. With a 2-year warranty you know you are purchasing quality.

Do you find them comfortable?

As these shoes are crafted from quality leather they have moulded to my feet and are extremely comfy.
