With 2 touch tape closures the neck cover is easily fastened and made from the same super strong 1200 denier outer shell that the turnout rug is made from. Coated with the Guard-Tec coating the neck cover is waterproof and breathable. Easily and securely attached the neck to D rings on standard neck rugs. Compatible with our WeatherBeeta ComFiTec Standard Neck turnout styles.
