The sweet iron mouthpiece creates a warmer metal and a more pleasant taste for your horse to encourse more salivation and relaxation of the jaw.  This mild bit is designed to allow the rider to have indepandant but consistant control of the bit and contact with the horse.  Designed to oxidise over time to add to the sweet taste.

The french link mouth piece avoids contact with the roof of the mouth applying pressure to the tounge - perfect for horses with limited mouth clearance.
