Who/what is it for?
These are for me for walking/being out and about in the countryside.
Initial thoughts on the product
A Classic pair of wellies, understated and subtle which I really like. They feel sturdy and strong. I Had heard very good things about Le Chameau’s and was extremely excited to get my own pair.
Likes
I really like how warm they keep my feet. In the past, I have always had cold feet when wearing wellies, so to find a pair to beat this problem is such a bonus!
Dislikes
It took a bit of persistence to wear these wellies in, I experienced a bit of a pain in my heels. I found the best and most simple way to avoid this was to wear tight/super thin socks under a normal pair of socks to improve the movement.
Would you recommend the product?
Yes, absolutely! I love how they look; classic, yet stylish. These are the first pair of wellies I have EVER had that don’t result in my feet getting cold. The design and thickness of the neoprene really help with this.
Would you continue to use the product?
Yes. I love walking my dog at the beach & when there, I like to go in the sea and splash around with her which these are perfect for. They are of course ideal for the typical UK, wet and muddy weather too.
Is the price point fair?
The Le Chameau Vierzonord Wellington Boots are definitely an investment piece, maybe a little on the expensive side initially, however, these are built to last, certainly justifying the price in the long run. Totally worth the outlay!
Was it comfortable/warm/waterproof – etc?
The wellies did take some wearing in, however they are worth it. The wellies are extremely warm and definitely waterproof, so there was no need at all for wellie socks or liners.
