Shires Sweet Iron Bevel with Lozenge Bit
Ideal for riders needing a little extra control, this bevel bit offers mild leverage through its unique ring design, making it suitable for horses that tend to take a hold. The 16mm sweet iron and copper mouthpiece encourages salivation and bit acceptance, promoting a softer, more responsive contact. Raised copper elements help to discourage leaning, while the bit’s proportional ring sizes (55mm for 4.5"/5" and 70mm for 5.5"/6") ensure a balanced look and feel for different horse sizes. Stainless steel cheeks provide strength, rust resistance, and easy maintenance-perfect for everyday riding or schooling.
