The body’s cells have electromagnetic properties which means they can be affected by a magnetic field. Vitaflex magnets are used in these Magnetic Hind and Hock Boots for horses and present two alternating poles to the body, negative and positive. These strong, circular and permanent magnetic fields of alternating pole sequences penetrate into the body tissue aiding in healing and recovery.

These Magnetic Boots are made of a nylon inner and outer, with polyester fill. The fill provides enough warmth and padding but is not too thick so the boot remains flexible and comfortable, while providing some warmth but not overheating the legs. The inner layer is completely velcro receptive too, so that the magnets can be placed anywhere throughout the boots – including over the hock joint. The magnets are reasonably thin and flat, yet extremely flexible. This allows them to mould to the horses’ legs, should they need to be placed over a joint. For best results use overnight as part of your horses’ daily routine for maintaining leg health. Ideal for ridden horses, veterans, on box rest/standing in for long periods of time. Use as an alternative to stable bandages to keep the legs warm and maintain circulation.

• Use a hook cleaner brush to keep the straps clean and debris free
• Do not apply Vitaflex magnets on open wounds, bruises, areas of inflammation or for the first 5 days following steroid injections

How "Check before you Change" works:

1. Place your order for the “Trial” item you wish to test on our website, making sure you choose the ‘Trial’ item, and pay in full.
2. We will despatch the trial item, and your 21-day trial period will start once you have received your item.
3. You then have 21 days in total to trial the item and decide if it is what you are looking for. If you decide this item is for you, return the trial product and we will send a new replacement or place the special order for any custom items. (Subject to availability)
4. When you return the item, you will need to package it up and send back to us – you can find our returns information here.
5. If you are returning for an exchange, then your new item will be despatched to you, or special-ordered for you if it is a custom item. There is no hire charge when items are exchanged.
6. If you are returning the item for a refund, you will be refunded minus the hire fee of £20 and delivery of £4.95
