The Shires Highlander Plus Turnout Rug Neck Cover 200g polyfill is made from 1200 Denier ripstop outer that has a durable water-repellent finish and taped seams that offers great protection against the elements. The neck is secured with touch-close loops to three D-rings on the rug and is fastened around the neck using quick-fit touch-close straps. Available in Black.
