Everyone will agree that horse owners want to do the best for their horses. There has never been such a huge range of products on the market and sometimes it can be rather confusing as to what you might need or what will work for you - and with the price tag it makes you hesitant to take the plunge.

Well - Country & Stable are launching Check Before you Change! Our version of try before you buy.

Below you will find some items which we have selected. From bridles to stirrups and a selection of therapy products, these are the things we thought you might want to try, giving you the chance to see if they make the change you are after without the fear that if it doesn’t do as you need you are stuck with an expensive product.

How do you do this?

All you need to do is purchase the trial item!

We will send you the product to see if you like it, give it a try, letting you Check Before you Change! You have 21 days from the day you receive the product to see if it works for you. The product you get might not be new as it could have been sent out to someone before, but we have a strict cleaning process before any product is sent out again.  You then have 7 days to return the items to us.

At day 21, you will be contacted by us if we haven’t heard from you. If you like the product, you can send it back (using the free return label on the website) and we will send you a brand new one. (Subject to availability) If you decide the product is not for you, no problem - simply use the return label on the website and we will refund you as soon as the product is back with us, and we have checked it for damage. (re-stocking fee).

All items that come back to us will be thoroughly cleaned. Should any items become damaged or not returned to us in the condition they left (apart from reasonable wear and tear) you will be unable to get a refund on the product. Should you have any concerns, please contact us straight away. Images are taken of the products before we send them out.
