Who/what is it for?
These gloves are for me to do everyday outdoor tasks, tasks including Riding, Dog Walking, Driving, Gardening, just about anything.
Initial thoughts on the product
My first impression of the gloves was their soft feel, and they looked very well made. I initially chose a large size, but the fingers on the large were far too long to be able to work in, however the fit across the hand and the cuff length were perfect. I ended up testing the medium size, although these were a bit small, they were close fitting enough to work in. However, the compromise was a slightly too small glove with a too short cuff.
Likes
The Gloves were very warm, the fact that they are close fitting made for ease of movement. I was as dextrous with them on as without them. It was easy to work in them, often with gloves one is often putting them on and taking them off to complete fiddly tasks, not with these, I almost forgot I had them on. I hand washed the gloves according to the manufacturer’s instructions, they washed and dried well, not affecting the shape or feel of them. I would certainly wear these gloves for three seasons. These gloves were worn constantly for the week throughout the cold spell we had. I completed many varied tasks; they have shown no signs of wear indicating to me that they are very well made.
Dislikes
The only dislike I can find with these gloves is the sizing. Because the pair I chose were a little too small, I had to pull them back in to position many times during use. I asked a friend with smaller hands to try them on, and she found the fingers were too long, (exactly as I found with the large size) The manufacturers have in my opinion got it wrong as far as the finger length is concerned.
Would you recommend the product?
Yes, I would, but check the sizing before you buy.
Would you continue to use the product?
Yes, most certainly, easy to wear, didn’t need to take them off to do buckles, catches, bolts etc...
Is the price point fair?
A tricky one from the point of view of the sizing. If the sizing was improved definitely good value for money.
Was it comfortable/warm/waterproof – etc?
Yes, the gloves were warm and comfortable. I liked them.
