Super easy to take out and change the Flex-On Magnet inserts can be replaced at will. The wide variety of magnet styles and colours to choose from means you will be changing up your stirrups every time you ride. Attaching to each other through the frame can be removed using a very thin object, a toothpick or similar, to lever out the existing magnets using the small grooves just below each side of the insert. Once removed you simply snap the new magnets together through the frame. Only suitable for the Safe-On style of frame.
