Premier Equine Brass Alloy Bevel with Lozenge Bit

The Bevel bit provides gentle leverage and improved control, encouraging better responsiveness and proper head carriage. Paired with a brass alloy mouthpiece, this bit is well-suited for horses that require a bit more stopping power but have sensitive mouths. The double-jointed mouthpiece enhances comfort for the horse by minimizing lip and bar pinching and reducing the nutcracker effect of a single-jointed bit. Additionally, a central lozenge helps distribute pressure across the tongue and bars of the mouth, promoting mouthing and contact. Brass alloy, created by alloying copper with a harder metal, produces a warm and durable material ideal for horse bits. It can help stimulate salivation and be more palatable to the horse.
