With such a vast range of products on the market, it can be overwhelming to decide what you need, especially when faced with high price tags. That’s why we’ve launched Check Before You Change, our very own version of try before you buy.
We’ve selected a range of products like bridles, stirrups, and therapy items, giving you the chance to trial equestrian items before purchasing. Whether you're looking to test flex on stirrups or evaluate the benefits of a new bridle, you can now check if these products are right for you without the risk of being stuck with an expensive item that doesn't meet your needs. Plus, you can trial Premier Equine Massage Pads and other specialised gear to ensure your horse’s comfort and performance.
How It Works
Simply purchase the trial item, and we’ll send it to you to try out for 21 days. During this period, you can use the product to see if it’s a good fit for you and your horse. The trial item may have been sent out before, but rest assured, we follow a strict cleaning process before any product is reissued. If it doesn’t work for you, just send it back after the trial period, using our free return label available on the website.
At the end of the 21 days, if we haven’t heard from you, we’ll reach out. If you love the product, simply return it, and we’ll send you a brand-new one (subject to availability). If it’s not what you’re after, return it for a full refund, minus the £20 re-stocking fee.

Important Information
All returned items are thoroughly cleaned before they are reissued. However, if a product is returned damaged or in poor condition (beyond reasonable wear and tear), you will not be eligible for a refund. We take images of all items before sending them out to ensure quality.
