From the specials collection at Flex-On the Cubic Magnet Inserts bring geometric fun to your stirrups. Attaching to each other through the frame the magnets can be removed using a very thin object, a toothpick or similar, to lever out the existing magnets using the small grooves just below each side of the insert. Once removed you simply snap the new magnets together through the frame.
